When I talk to people about DOME (Don't Overlook Mature Expertise) and who we help, often the assumption that we are met with is that the term "mature age" means people either approaching or in retirement: people who have greater flexibility in their time, can basically accept work "on call", and aren't really interested in new careers or occupations. However, this couldn't be further from the truth.
